"Humble Beginnings"- It all started with a loving taste for fresh juices & smoothies, scrumptious crepes & exotic sushi. As a kid growing up in the 90's, these yummy foods were rarely available individually or collectively.
And so, the “JUICE BOY” was born. Party after party, function after function, I would fine tune my delicious range of recipes on family and friends.
As I got older I watched as juice bars, sushi bars & crepe bars opened around me over the years but nothing still couldn’t match the delicious innovative taste combinations that I had perfected. It was then time to combine these exotic flavours all in the one place. And so “DELISH” was born.  
Delish represents the health conscious, fun loving taste connoisseurs of today! What better place to open up the first Delish than on a university campus – in 2006, at The University of Newcastle.
WOW… It took off with a BANG! Loved by over 30,000 students a year, we then decided to open a second Delish bar at The University of Newcastle.
